On this page you can download the many Eco-Regions for the video game Zoo Tycoon 2. An Eco-Region is similar to a biome, except it is more specific. These mods change the list of biomes to an expanded list of Eco-Regions that make your zoo-building experience more engaging and realistic. In order to download any of these files, you must have installed the latest version of Radical Remake. Before downloading any Eco-Regions, please download the "biome shell" file and the "Download this First" file. To do so, click on the arrows to the upper right hand side of this page.

The northeast Asian Mixed forest Eco-Region spans the countries of Korea, Russia, China, and Japan. In some parts of Asia, the region is known as the Manchurian mixed forest. The part located in Korea is also known as the Central Korean Mixed forest. The Asian Mixed forest contains many habitats including Bamboo forests and deciduous forests.  Many animals also live in the region, including Red Pandas, Golden Pheasants, and Giant Pandas.

Eucalypt forests, also known as sclerophyll forests, have the highest diversity of plants and animals of any Tasmanian plant community. Dry eucalypt forests are identified by the dominance of eucalypts that are more than thirty feet tall and associated with a multi-layered understory of shrubs that are adapted to dry conditions , by having hard and narrow leaves. Peppermints such as black peppermint  and silver peppermint typically dominate dry eucalypt forests.

North American Desert, vast belt of inhospitable terrain that stretches north to south down the western side of the North American continent from southern Oregon and Idaho to northern Mexico. There are four major hot and dry deserts in North America, all located in the western United States and northern Mexico. These are the Mojhave Desert, the Chihuahuan Desert, the Sonoran Desert, and the Great Basin Desert. Please make sure you have Zeta-Design's Desert Pack before installing.

A bog is a mire that accumulates peat, a deposit of dead plant material—often mosses, and in a majority of cases, Sphagnum moss. It is one of the four main types of wetlands. Other names for bogs include mire, quagmire and muskeg; alkaline mires are called fens.  In Europe, the bodies of old humans can be discovered remarkably preserved after hundreds of years for scientists to study.

Europe is blessed with a handful of beautiful mountain ranges including the Alps and the Carpathians. Beside the mountains, large areas of Central Europe are occupied by highlands, also known as peneplains of lower altitude in which the surplus of annual water balance is less noticeable. These Eco-Regions have many rugged plants and animals. Fir Trees dot the landscape along side Ibex and the lamagier
